Self Massage on a daily basis is so important for a healthy glow and for clearing out stagnation and congestion in the skin.
A couple of months ago, I launched the video for the Daily Massage for Healthy Skin. I have been told that the full massage is a bit too long for some clients to do daily, so I created a shortened version for you, which is only 4 minutes long. If you don’t have time for the full massage each day, I recommend at least doing this one, as some massage is better than none.
This massage will:
