Self Massage on a daily basis is so important for a healthy glow and for clearing out stagnation and congestion in the skin.
A couple of months ago, I launched the video for the Daily Massage for Healthy Skin. I have been told that the full massage is a bit too long for some clients to do daily, so I created a shortened version for you, which is only 4 minutes long. If you don’t have time for the full massage each day, I recommend at least doing this one, as some massage is better than none.
This massage will:
Stimulate blood circulation to bring fresh nutrients and oxygen supply to your skin
Stimulate your lymphatic system to clear out toxins and improve your skin’s immunity
Clear out stagnation to improve skin conditions
