What is Dien Chan Zone Multi-Reflexology?
Dien Chan or “Vietnamese Facial Reflexology” is the most modern form of the reflexology to date, but it is by far the most powerful form of reflexology.
Dien Chan Zone is made of simple stimulations and self-massage. It was created to give each and every one of us the power of self-healing. Once you are introduced to it, you will quickly see that it is very intuitive and based on your own, unique symptoms and feelings within your body.
When there is imbalance in the body, whether it be in our internal systems, or muscular and skeletal systems, the body presents us with symptoms as a means of communicating to us that something is not right. These symptoms may include skin conditions, inflammation, pain or discomfort, and are all indicative that there is an imbalance or energy block within the body. This means that a deep need for vital energy (such as blood flow, lymphatic flow, the nervous system, digestive system, reproductive system, or respiratory system) in one or more organs or systems. Through Dien Chan Zone, we can encourage and balance the movement of these energies within the body by paying close attention to, and massaging specific zones on the face, which are connected to the area where the symptom(s) stem from.
Our entire body, every organ, muscle and internal system is connected to the face through the nervous system. When we stimulate the skin on the face by focusing on specific zones and maps, the nervous system immediately responds by reaching the targeted area within the body to promote balance and deep self-healing. Dien Chan Zone works directly with the nervous system to deliver messages quickly and effectively to unblock stagnant energy in the area that corresponds to your symptoms.
Who is This Treatment For and What Symptoms Can be Treated?
This technique is for you if you are interested in self-healing, alleviating symptoms naturally, and/or are willing to put in the effort of a daily, very simple self-massage in order to achieve results on your own using the information provided in this session.
Some of the symptoms we can target are, but are not limited to:
- Skin Conditions (acne, dermatitis, rosacea, etc.)
- Hair Thinning
- Hormonal Imbalances, PMS, Menstrual Pain or Irregularities
- Digestive Problems (constipation, gas, bloating, food intolerances or sensitivities, etc.)
- Circulatory Problems
- Sinus Problems, Hay Fever and Seasonal Allergies
- Muscle and/or Joint Pain (neck, back or any other muscular or skeletal pain in the body)
- Migraines and Headaches
- Anxiety and Panic Attacks
- Water Retention
Is There Anyone Who Can’t Use This Method?
This technique is not for you if:
- You have had botox/fillers or cosmetic surgery
- You are in your first trimester of pregnancy
- You have a pacemaker and mechanical implant
- You are on any psycho-pharmaceuticals
- You have Dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease
It is important, when trying to alleviate symptoms and treat the body, that we focus on one type of treatment or modality at a time. Dien Chan Zone should be used on its own for a period of 21 days, so it is not recommended that you combine any other treatment protocols or holistic modalities while treating yourself with this method.
What Can I Expect During a Session?
In this virtual session, we will talk about your symptoms so that I can determine which zones will be best to treat. I will then walk you through this simple massage so that you can confidently treat yourself at home for 21 days. A personalized face map will be created just for you for easy reference.
Once the session is over, you will self-treat for a period of 20 days using the technique that I taught you. These treatments (self-massages) are very simple and quick, so they will not require much time. You can perform them while drinking your morning coffee, watching TV, or lying in bed (anywhere you want, anytime you want throughout the day). You will then take a break from the massages for 7 days to allow your body to reset itself. After the 7 day break, I will reach out to you to see how you are feeling, what results you are experiencing, what you may need, and then we can decide where to go from there. Sometimes, one period of 21 days is all that is needed. Other times, the zone may be required to be worked on again. You may even decide that you’d like to start focusing on a different symptom. If this is the case, you would book another session with me.
What Results Can I Expect?
“Tuj” is Vietnamese for “it depends” and a phrase I was taught to understand in my Dien Chan Zone course. The results might depend on factors such as age, overall health, and how open your mind is willing to be when it comes to learning new techniques.
We cannot predict exactly what results will occur after the treatment period. As the energies begin to balance, some symptoms may disappear, and some new symptoms may show up temporarily as your body adjusts. Some symptoms will pass by quickly and some of them will need more time and attention.
While I can help you treat your symptoms through this massage, please know that I am not a doctor, so I am never able to diagnose. I am simply here to guide you into the technique of self healing and self treatment. The treatment itself and the results are in your own hands, so dedicated, daily treatment is really important and will provide you with the best results. The more this technique is applied, the better it will work for you.
